核心网辅助信息的全称是Core Network Assistance Information for RRC INACTIVE。
在38413的9.3.1.15中定义。具体的参数构成如下表：
该参数可用于辅助gNB来决定UE的RRC Inactive状态、RNA配置以及RAN的寻呼等。
具体的说明在38.300中定义。
规范原文如下：
If the Core Network Assistance Information for RRC INACTIVE IE is included in the INITIAL CONTEXT
SETUP REQUEST message, the NG-RAN node shall, if supported, store this information in the UE
context and use it for e.g.the RRC_INACTIVE state decision and RNA configuration for the UE and RAN
paging if any for a UE in RRC_INACTIVE state, as specified in TS 38.300。
测试步骤：
1）UE进入空闲态；
2）UE发送上行数据触发Service Request流程，UE发送Service Request消息给AMF。
3）AMF在Service Accept消息给UE，该NAS消息被封装在N2消息：INITIAL CONTEXT SETUP
REQUEST，并且携带Core Network Assistance Information for RRC INACTIVE参数给gNB。
